Confidential
All information provided will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with other construction companies, suppliers, carriers, or third parties unless mutually agreed upon. However, logistical information will be consolidated by Qonnected Logistics to arrange optimal transport logistics.
Agreements
Completing the following questions in this document does not obligate either party in any way. Obligations will only exist once an agreement has been reached between the parties.
Prices
Prices will be agreed upon individually and will be part of the agreement.

To determine the scope of use, a few preliminary questions are necessary. These questions are asked and explained in this form. Based on this, the costs of use and the timeline to start can be mapped out more accurately.

The process
And...
Our staff at the Construction Hubs can also perform any other logistical tasks. By default, they will handle the "inbound" process at the Hub, the cross-docking where goods are grouped by day and construction site, and the creation of Construction Kits. However, a Construction Hub can also be used for the storage of construction materials, EVEN if they don’t need to be delivered in the city center, for example.
Incidentally, everything can be managed on the Q-platform, and inventory insights are also readily available.
PROJECTS
We use standard project sizes to predict space usage and trips. This does not mean that you need to have minimum or maximum project sizes; it's simply to make a calculation.
The more accurately you specify what is going to be built, the more accurately we can translate this into "numbers." Think of descriptions like "90 family homes" or "apartment building with 6 floors and a parking garage."
At a later stage, we will go into more detail about the individual phases, such as structural work, finishing, etc.
Rental equipment (from companies like Boels, for example) can also be arranged through the Bouwhub.
IT
We have an IT department that will help you get started with our Construction
Hubs as soon as possible. Normally, you don’t need to purchase any software or pay for the use of our Software (Q-platform). This is not only beneficial for the implementation time but also helps to standardize things like construction materials.
Everyone involved in the process will have access to the platform but will only see the information that is relevant to them. (see confidentiality note above)
Special
Using construction kits or building packages can potentially save you a lot. We wrote an article about this in, among others, Bouwtotaal and on our website.
Shuttle services can also help you or are sometimes required in a tender. See the link(s) for more information.
Other services include Q-MLP for the complete outsourcing of your equipment service, and Q-ADS for information from transporters.
How long does it take before you can get started?
Theoretically, you can get started at any time after registering on the Q-platform. However, for optimal use (and to avoid duplicate and excessive manual data entry), some preparatory work is necessary. If you have an IT person or department and the required information is available, implementation can usually be completed within 7 days.
Informing your suppliers can initially be limited to providing the address of the Construction Hub. However, collaborating with their systems through IT integration will make everything easier, although it is not necessary to get started! Additionally, it is possible that this supplier is already working with our system.
